 The following terms and conditions are plainly stated for the benefit of all involved. The intent is to remove grey areas so all parties understand the structure of any transaction agreed upon. 
 
 - Unless specifically offered, no warranty express  or implied. Item(s) sold are offered "as-is and where-is".  
 - All available information regarding the  condition of any item(s) offered will be made available to the prospective  purchaser prior to consummation.  
 - If deemed necessary, your representative  will be accompanied to view the item(s) offered. 
 - In the event that travel to view is  necessary all parties will travel at their own expense. In the event the  item(s) is not purchased, neither party will have claim on the other for said  expenses. 
 - Any additional testing will be at the  expense of the prospective purchaser and must be paid in advance. This amount  will not be refundable if the item is not purchased and any test results will  become the sole property of the seller. 
 WARRANTABLE ITEMS:  
 - Warranty, when/if available, will carry  both a calendar limit and an hourmeter limit, whichever expires first. Unless  otherwise specified in written form, the warranty clock will begin upon  delivery to the prospect. 
 - Where the seller allows, the purchaser may  be allowed a time delay to start the "warranty clock". If this option  is available, the specified date will only be valid if provided in written  form. Beyond the specified date there will be no warranty whatsoever if the  item(s) remains unused. 
 - In the event a warrantable claim is  submitted to the seller for consideration, the seller reserves the right to  make the "refund, repair, replace or reject" decision on said claim. 
 - In the event of a warrantable claim any  local repair agreed to must have seller's written approval on a firm quote,  submitted in writing, prior to commencement of work .   
 - In the event of a warrantable claim  warranty is restricted to the item(s) supplied only and to a maximum of the  dollar amount paid for the item.  
 - In the event of a warrantable claim  warranty offered is always F.O.B. seller's facility.  
 - In the event of a warrantable claim the  purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with removal, freight,  handling, brokerage, duties or levies both to and from the seller/rebuilder's  facility.
